• • Can we get our advance back if we cancel shoot? Advance is a non refundable amount for the slot we lose, the time we lose and hours of hard work in doing setups goes waste. 

 

• • What are the charges for Gown Rental in Baby shoot? And Duaghter matching outfit? Rs 2500 for gowns as they are not inlcuded in baby shoots unless otherwise mentioned and daughter outfit charges are Rs 800.

 

• • What are the charges for cinematic Reels for instagram from IPhone?

  • We have all rights to use pictures clicked by us to post on social media .If you want to refrain us from posting your pics on social media please pay 20% of package amount to us.
   
  • What are the charges for extra click if I bring my grand parents or any other family member? Rs 800
   
  • What are the charges for AI editing of pics that I see on your page, are they part of package? They are very premium edits and are done at extra cost of Rs 1000 per picture.
   
  • What is Premium Gown and What is standard gown? Premium gowns are couture gowns which are long frills and give fairy looks and Standard gowns are short frill gowns mostly bodycon type.
   
  • What is Drape fabric? Drape fabric is 6 meters fabric that we wrap around your body and toss it in air and the shots are just wao with this kind of styling.
   
  • Where do you do outdoor shoot?
  We have beautiful garden in our society, we do the outdoor shoot in the society park only included in the packages..  
  • Can I change the date of shoot? Yes, you can change one date for the shoot in case of emergency but please try to make the date you have chosen as each and every day is important to us. And pleaseinform us 24 hours before the shoot that you want to change the date for this reason.
   
  • What if we reach late for the shoot by 1-2 hours? Please try to be on time as we do 2-3 shoots per day and if anyone gets delayed, it impacts our whole day schedule. Please keep half an hour buffer.
   
  • What outfits you suggest for my husband? Husbands are advised to carry White shirt, Black shirt, Blue Denim, Black Denim, Brown or black shoes and brown belt. Apart from this you can carry blazer or any other color shirt or t shirt you think is matching with the gown you have chosen.
   
  • Do I need to carry anything for myself? You can carry strapless bra, fewjewelries and some touch up like comb and lipstick for yourself and a footwear if u want to use.
   
  • • Will you include my elder daughter or son in the pictures? Yes, they will be included, please bring outfit for them, Or take on rent from us depending on age.
   
  • Can I also add my casual outfits to the packages. If u add extra outfit charges applicable.
   
  • What if we need extra editing of pictures apart from the package? Please pay Rs 250 per picture for every extra editing you need.
   
  • • In how many days we get edited images? Once we receive the selected number of images from you, we need 20 days to deliver you the final edited images.
   
  • Can we ask for redo of editing? . We can certainly make changes to 2-3 pictures but not all.
   
  • When do we get Raw images? We give raw images same day if you carry pen drive or hard drive with you else it will be uploaded on google drive and the team will share the link
   
  • Can edited images be changed if we don’t like the final images? Only 2-3 pictures can be changed and not the entire lot as our editors put lot of time and effort in editing one picture.
